DEED: Transferring the northeast corner of Lot 23, Concession 12 (1/8 of an acre) from the School Trustees of S.S. #14, (Big Bay Point) to George Armstrong for $100.00. This was returning the property on which the school house was situated to the owner of the farm when a new school house was being erected across the road.
